Mold Remediation
Type 1 Mold Remediation
Starting price
$350 – $500
Final pricing depends on the size of the vehicle, level of contamination, and affected areas.
Our Type 1 Mold Remediation service is designed for vehicles where mold is visible but appears to be limited to specific areas and has not fully spread throughout the vehicle.
Unlike a cosmetic cleaning, this service focuses on properly treating and remediating the contamination source. The process may include deep interior cleaning, shampoo and extraction of carpets and fabric seats, headliner cleaning, seat belt sanitation, floor extraction, and application of professional products designed to help prevent future mold growth.
This level of remediation is commonly recommended for early-stage mold situations caused by moisture buildup, spills, or light water intrusion.
Type 2 Mold Remediation
Starting price
$500 – $1000
Final pricing depends on the severity of contamination, amount of disassembly required, and vehicle condition.
Our Type 2 Mold Remediation service is recommended when mold contamination has spread through multiple areas of the vehicle and deeper remediation is required.
At this stage, partial disassembly of the interior may be necessary to properly access contaminated areas underneath carpets, seats, panels, or insulation materials. This service includes everything from Type 1 remediation, along with deeper treatment of the vehicle’s ventilation and air circulation system using steam cleaning and ozone treatment technology.
The goal is not only to clean visible mold, but to address hidden contamination, odors, moisture retention, and bacterial buildup throughout the interior system.
Type 3 Mold & Water Remediation
Starting price
$1,000+
Final pricing is subject to in-person inspection and contamination assessment. We highly recommend sending photos or scheduling an inspection appointment for accurate evaluation and pricing.
Our Type 3 Mold & Water Remediation service is designed for severe contamination cases where mold has extensively spread throughout the vehicle and significant restoration work is required.
These projects often involve major interior disassembly, removal of carpet sections, insulation materials, portions of the headliner, and other affected components in order to eliminate the root source of contamination. In many cases, this level of service also includes water remediation for flooded or heavily water-damaged vehicles.
This process may require one or multiple days depending on the condition of the vehicle and the level of contamination present. Our focus is to properly remediate the affected areas, reduce health risks, eliminate trapped moisture, and restore the vehicle as safely and effectively as possible.
