The location was a bit hard to find but most people use the mobile service so that is not an issue. I've done few many different Auto Detailings in Washington and Seattle areas, but this place is #1 place where they work true passionately. I called Jeff because something was splashed on the passenger door of my car that I didn’t see for several days. I cleaned it off, but it left unsightly marks. My husband and I tried several products to remove the marks without success. Jeff answered the phone right away and stopped by our house a couple hours later to take a look. He had told me that if it went no deeper than the clearcoat, he could address it, but any deeper than that would be a paint job. He used our high-end polishing compound that we had tried without success, but applied serious elbow grease for 10 minutes: voila! What’s left is basically not visible, and when we get the car waxed, no one will ever see. Jeff was so responsive, courteous, and knowledgeable: he will be my first call for any future detailing needs. I had white paint scuffs on my car from a parking garage and tried to get out the paint scuffs myself, which for the most part, worked. But, I was left was some haziness/cloudiness in my car’s paint, which made it look dull. Jeff was able to buff it with some compound and ceramic coating to bring back my car’s shine!
